Stations are Fun!

Stations have been popular with kindergarten and first graders!  We have a wide range and students are free to move to any station that has room once they have completed a task and cleaned up the station where they were.  We have several different Osmos, Nabi Big Tabs, Legos (build something from a story), a create your own bookmark station, BookFlix, a magnetic building station, an interlock building station, and a "Read under the Stars" station.  Check back for MORE pictures over the next few weeks.

Kindergarteners used Dino on my Desk and Chatterkids to convince Mom and Dad that they should get to bring this cute guy home for a pet!  Who could say no?

MakerSpace has been very popular and we have something for everyone!  Some more photos of friends who have come to MakerSpace to create or accept a challenge lately.

MAP testing

I will be going to classrooms for lessons this week, due to MAP testing.  With all of the construction, there is no where else for 2nd grade to test, so they will be using the media center.  During testing, there will also be no check outs.
